Clinic affiliation in iENROLL is vital for completing and submitting enrollments as well as collaborating with colleagues.

If a colleague invited you to iENROLL, your affiliation with that clinic has been confirmed. If you registered through the website, your registration included a request for affiliation with a clinic which must first be confirmed by that clinic’s administrator.

If you are affiliated with more than one clinic, you must request confirmation for those additional clinics:

• Click “My Clinic(s)” under “My Settings” in the left sidebar to view your confirmed and requested clinics

• All your clinics will appear, with your primary clinic listed first
• If you work in more than one clinic, and a clinic is missing from your list, you can request access using the same process
  • Click “Request additional clinic access” and complete the popup form
  • Click “Confirm” to submit your request
